Sa

Sa is a Linyi snack. People like it because it is hot and tasty, and fatty yet not greasy. It helps to resist pathogenic wind and cold and stimulates the appetite and so is liked by many people. Having some Sa in the morning is a traditional enjoyment for Linyi people. According to Linyi County annals, Sa was first made by Linyi people at the end of Ming Dynasty and was changed many times and finally became a famous food of Linyi. There are four particularities that you can enjoy in eating Sa, namely hotness, spiciness, fragrance and fatness. There are three kinds of Sa, and they are beef Sa, mutton Sa and chicken Sa.
