In recent years, Linyi has vigorously implemented the strategy of “central city driving effect”. Under the guidance of the blueprint of “Yihe River Being the Axis, the Waterfront Development” and “One River Six Areas, Package Development”, Linyi exploited the Economic Development Zone, Binhe Waterfront Tourist Area, Nanfang New Area, and Suhe River Area successively and launched the construction of the west area in Lanshan district, Zhenshan tourist area, and Hedong hot springs tourist area, which has formulated the layout of “three spots embracing the city”.
