Seminar on Belt and Road Cooperation on Industrial Development was held in Linyi City, China's Shandong Province on July 24, attracting foreign guests from a dozen embassies in China.
Focus on the industrial development of countries and regions involved in the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), the seminar aims to build a platform for all parties to summarize and exchange experience and promote future cooperation. Agendas of the seminar mainly consists of industrial sectors of infrastructure, green and low-carbon, digital economy, health and "small but beautiful" sustainable projects.
Speaking of the features of the BRI, foreign ambassadors pointed out that it is an inclusive endeavor of connectivity built on the principles of extensive consultation, joint contribution and shared benefits.
As the host city of this international seminar, Linyi is making great efforts to participate in the establishment of the infrastructure and trade network that spans across the globe, especially with countries and regions involved in the BRI.
