Int'l trade exhibitions propel Linyi onto global stage

Since prioritizing the internationalization of Linyi Trade City as a "top project" this year, Linyi has accelerated the pace of the "Enterprises of Linyi Trade City Team up to Go Global" initiative, achieving remarkable progress.

From May 15 to 20, a Linyi economic and trade delegation visited Kazakhstan and Turkey, securing substantial trade deals while strengthening cooperative friendships.

In Kazakhstan, the 2nd China (Linyi) - Kazakhstan International Commodity Exhibition, the China (Linyi) Economic and Trade Negotiation and Exchange Conference and other activities were held by the delegation. A total of 112 high-quality local enterprises specializing in hardware and mechanical electronics, labor protection supplies, baby and children's toys and other industries engaged in face-to-face negotiations with Kazakh buyers. The delegation paid visits to the Linyi Small Commodities Exhibition Hall set up by Linyi Trade City Group in Kazakhstan, the public overseas warehouse of the Linyi Trade City Logistics Group, the Chinese Embassy in Kazakhstan, and local schools and commercial associations.

During the visit to Turkey, the delegation organized the China (Linyi)–Turkey Economic and Trade Conference, where 25 leading enterprises from Linyi's home furnishings and plastic products sectors held direct talks with Turkish buyers. Then the delegation conducted research at Asendum Machinery, the Turkish distributor of Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery, and met with representatives from the Turkey China Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Turkish Federation of Overseas Chinese Associations.
