Zhuge Liang, hailed as “Zhisheng” or the sage of wisdom in China, spent his childhood days in Yi’nan County under the influence of the Qi and Lu culture. In honor of him, the Zhuge Liang Cultural Tourism Festival was first held in 2008. It is held once a year and till now has been successfully held 6 times. The hosting of the cultural tourism festival opens a window for the tourists to feel and enjoy the charm of Yi’nan, the hometown of “Zhisheng” and the home village of Hongsao.
