Linyi, Oct 12 (Linyi China) -- The 7th Shandong Cultural Industries Fair (SDCIF) kicked off at Jinan International Exhibition and Convention Center in Jinan, capital of esat China's Shandong Province on Oct. 11 . The fair will end on October 15.

The theme of the 7th SDCIF is “new era, new driving forces, new creativity and new development”. During the five-day fair, a cultural feast made up of “culture plus technology”, “culture plus tourism”, “culture plus finance”, “culture plus creativity”, “culture plus industry” and other elements will be presented to the visitors. The fair will give a full play of the advantages of Internet, Internet of things, artificial intelligence and other technological methods in order to build and reinforce a fair online.

With the main venue in Jinan, the other two branch venues are set up in Zaozhuang and Weihai. The fair in the main venue features nine exhibition areas to showcase the cultural reform and development, cultural technologies, industrial integration, creative design, arts and crafts, and so on. The exhibition area of the fair is 60,000 square meters, equivalent to 2,000 booths of the international standard. Visitors and traders from 31 countries participate in the fair with their local cultural products.

It’s reported that SDCIF has put great efforts into the solicitation, promotion and investment in cultural industrial projects. So far, 300 cultural industrial projects have been solicited, with a total potential investment of 728.3856 billion yuan and a total financing of 151.124 billion yuan.

The fair is sponsored by the People's Government of Shandong Province, co-organized by the province's publicity department and culture department as well as Jinan Municipal People's Government.
