2nd China Lanling Online Garlic Expo kicks off

“Number One Garlic Under Heaven” has much more higher garlicin content than others.

Located in the east of Lanling county, Shenshan town is evaluated as the original and major production region of Cangshan Garlic. Having much more higher garlicin content than others, garlic growing up in Shenshan town enjoys the honor of “Number One Garlic Under Heaven”. Given this, Cangshan Garlic won the silver medal in 1999 Kunming World Expo. In the same year, Lanling county is identified as “Hometown of Garlic in China” by state-level authoritative organizations.
