 Indigo Blue Cloth Dyeing and Finishing Skills

The skills of dyeing and finishing can be traced more than 200 years back to the Jiaqing (the then emperor) Period in Qing Dynasty. Dazhong Village, Cangshan County in Linyi, was titled “Shandong Folk Art Village (dyeing and weaving)”because of its indigo blue cloth by Shandong Provincial Department of Culture. It was listed in the first municipal non-material cultural heritage list by Linyi municipal government.
