 The art of five majors in southern Shandong is a kind of folk tune and it is usually sung by a man. The accompaniment instrument is very rare. The art of five majors often uses the folk orchestral instruments and plates, bowls, porcelain goods, small handleless wine cup, and chopsticks, etc, to blow out the rhythm. This kind of folk tune is quite popular in Tancheng County of Linyi City in Shandong Province and gradually prevails throughout the southern and eastern area of Shandong province. Currently, the track number of the art preserved totals 130.
