GDP growth rate compared to the previous year, per capita disposable income of urban residents, environment, proportion of migrant permanent residents and quality of holiday economy have been increased. The evaluation downplays the urban stock and highlights the development of the city. Aiming to promote the deployment of various tasks with an innovative development perspective in cities, create a favourable environment for urban development where everyone participates and shares, and unite efforts to create liveable, business friendly and vibrant city brands. It is reported that the political activities of the cities listed in this evaluation were held smoothly and people's lives were smooth and comfortable, with outstanding work achievements in the past two years. They are examples of high quality urban development. Most of them have the characteristics of “promote 5 suitable characteristics, international style and likable”. “Promote” is a prominent feature with a clear positioning. The “5 suitable characteristics” refer to suitability for living, suitability for business, suitability for learning, suitability for business and suitability for tourism. “International style” refers to the need for urban development to have a global pattern and vision. “Likable” refers to the reputation and attractiveness of a city.
