Mengyin County boosts development via three‑dimensional improvement of cadres’work style

As part of the Cadre Work‑Style and Capacity Improvement Campaign, Mengyin County adopts a three‑dimensional working framework integrating work‑style building, competency training and service optimization to translate better governance capacity into tangible local development outcomes.

For work‑style cultivation, Mengyin taps its rich local red heritage. It promotes the “131+N” Yimeng Spirit publicity mechanism and immersive teaching courses such as Questions at Daguding. Seven immersive theatrical performances are created for educational purposes. Optimized red‑integrity education routes attract more than 1,310 participants. Selection mechanisms for outstanding Party groups and exemplary cadres set benchmarks for pragmatic work among civil servants.

To strengthen professional competency, the county launches the “Three Special Empowerment · Strive for Excellence” serial activities. A total of 35 themed sessions covering human‑resources, finance, politics and law have been organized. More than 400 professionals have established performance‑tracking files. A special enterprise‑assistance commissioner system assigns 385 backbone staff to serve 336 key local firms. The county carries out comprehensive regulatory review to reduce unnecessary on‑site inspections to enterprises by 1,045 times. Differentiated assessment and duty‑exemption rules protect responsible cadres and foster a positive political ecology for entrepreneurship.
