From May 8 to 10, international students from the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE) embarked on a study tour in Linyi under the theme Experience China's Digital Business Appeal, Empower the Future of Global Youth.

During the tour, the delegation visited the Former Residence of Wang Xizhi and the Yinqueshan Han Bamboo Slip Museum for on‑site learning. At the Former Residence of Wang Xizhi, the international students listened attentively to historical stories about the diligent and inspiring life of Wang Xizhi, the Sage of Calligraphy, gaining in‑depth insights into the profound cultural heritage of Linyi, a renowned Chinese city of calligraphy. At the Yinqueshan Han Bamboo Slip Museum, they closely examined precious millennium‑old bamboo slip relics of The Art of War and Sun Bin's Art of War. Immersed in the profound pre‑Qin military strategies of ancient China, the students truly appreciated Linyi's time‑honored history, enduring cultural lineage and rich urban cultural identity.

This study tour builds a friendly communication bridge for young international learners to understand Linyi and China. It also injects youthful vitality into inheriting Linyi's historical culture and promoting its global image. Linking cultures and leveraging study tours as a platform, the initiative showcases Linyi's fine traditional culture and urban development charm to the world, enabling the global community to understand, witness and admire the city.
