Linyi beer festival heats up summer nights

The 2026 Linyi Media Qingdao Beer Festival has opened beneath Linyi's landmark radio and television tower, bringing beer, food, music and light shows to the city's summer nights.

Running through July 26, the festival returns as one of Linyi's signature nighttime consumption events. It invites residents and visitors to gather in an open-air setting where cold beer, local flavors and stage entertainment create a lively seasonal atmosphere.

Beer is at the center of the event, with a full range of Tsingtao Beer products available for visitors. Food stalls serve as another major draw, offering Linyi-style fried chicken, barbecue, crayfish and specialty snacks that turn the area into a summer night market.

Music and lighting further enrich the experience. As performances, illuminated settings and crowd activities unfold around the tower, the festival creates a relaxed space for families, friends and tourists to enjoy the city after dark.
