Diplomatic envoys from Gabon, Malawi, Cameroon, Senegal and other African countries arrived in Linyi on July 9 to attend the China-Linyi Africa Economic and Trade Dialogue scheduled for July 10.
Rooted in the Belt and Road Initiative, the event serves a key communication platform linking Linyi's commercial logistics advantages with African market demands. Linyi, known as China's famous trade mall city, boasts complete industrial supply chains covering hardware, machinery, daily supplies and building materials, which match African infrastructure and consumer market needs well. The dialogue will focus on commodity trade, overseas warehouse construction, joint industrial projects and cross-border logistics cooperation, facilitating direct docking between local manufacturers and African official representatives.
The visit and dialogue expand Linyi's Africa-oriented trade channels, strengthen two-way exchanges and mutual benefits under the Belt and Road framework, and help accelerate the global layout of "Made in Linyi".
