Documentary New Yimeng airs daily on CGTN for global audiences

Co-produced by Shandong Radio and Television and Linyi municipal authorities, the five-episode feature documentary New Yimeng begins daily broadcasts on CGTN from July 22 to 25 at 5 a.m., with repeated screenings at 11 a.m., 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. each day.

Split into five chapters covering ecology, commerce, rural governance, red heritage and modern industries, the film records all-round transformations of Linyi under the guidance of the Yimeng Spirit. It showcases landmark achievements including the hundred-billion-yin peach industrial chain in Mengyin, cross-border e-commerce clusters and civilized village construction cases displayed at the National Conference on Social Etiquette and Civility in Rural Areas. Multilingual subtitles are equipped for overseas viewers, and full episodes are accessible via CGTN official website and mobile applications to spread Linyi's modern development stories to international audiences.

The international broadcast of the documentary expands global communication channels for Linyi's rural revitalization experience. It serves an important audio-visual carrier for overseas publicity organized by the Publicity Department of the CPC Linyi Municipal Committee.
