The official theme song Peak of Life for the 12th Shandong Provincial Paralympic Games and the 1st Shandong Special Olympics was officially released online on September 11. The musical work echoes the event slogan Chasing dreams in Yimeng, sharing splendid moments, delivering the spirit of self‑improvement, self‑confidence and integrated development for athletes with disabilities.

The lyrics draw inspiration from the sporting spirit of disabled athletes and the profound red heritage of Yimeng mountain area. Lines such as Brave against wind, through years of trials; Hold fast to dreams, with unyielding eyes depict athletes’perseverance in pursuit of higher goals, interpreting the core values of equality, participation, sharing and integration for the provincial paralympic gala.

The theme‑song production team blended modern vocal arrangement with local cultural elements of Linyi. The music video interweaves footage of sports training, spectacular city views of Linyi, Yimeng mountain landscapes and preview clips from the upcoming opening ceremony.
