Three signature industries thrive in Mazhan Town to drive rural revitalization

Located at the junction of three cities in Yishui County, Mazhan Town boasts profound historical heritage and has fostered three signature livelihood industries centering on traditional pancakes. Inheriting the millennia-old intangible cultural heritage skill, local residents have developed over 40 pancake flavors and artistic pancake crafts. 

Liu Yunhua, a heritage inheritor known as China Village Flower, dedicates herself to skill inheritance, public welfare and brand promotion. The town has established an industrial association to unified standards and brand operation, building a complete industrial chain covering grain planting, processing and online sales. It cultivates local talents and creates jobs for over 1,000 villagers, turning traditional pancakes into a pillar industry for rural prosperity and injecting sustainable vitality into rural revitalization.
