Large-scale wheat harvesting underway in Lanshan District

Large harvesters work in wheat fields of Baicaogou Village, Bancheng Town, Lanshan District on June 8. The district pushes forward summer agricultural work in an orderly manner with unified scheduling.

As of June 8, 177,000 mu of wheat has been reaped among the total 213,600 mu of wheat fields across the district. Summer sowing proceeds simultaneously with harvesting. A total of 248,400 mu of farmland is planned for summer sowing, and 99,000 mu has been completed so far.
