Student volunteers from Shandong University of Political Science and Law launched summer "Three Going to the Countryside" legal practice activities in Wuyanzhuang Village, Zhongcun Town, Pingyi County, carrying targeted anti-fraud and legal lectures for elderly rural residents.

The volunteer team is selected as dual special teams for Xi Jinping Thought publicity and telecom fraud prevention under the national Youth Rule of Law Program. Combining local real fraud cases, volunteers explained common elderly fraud traps and repeatedly popularized three core defense rules: never trust unknown messages, never disclose private information and never transfer money randomly. They set up interactive simulation sessions to help seniors identify scam calls and text messages. Meanwhile, the team interpreted laws on neighborhood disputes, land contracts and marriage affairs in plain rural language, guiding villagers to resolve conflicts via legal channels. The volunteer activity extends professional legal resources to grassroots villages and breaks the last barrier of rural legal popularization.

Youth legal volunteer services inject rule-of-law vitality into rural governance.
