Contract-grown sweet potatoes from Tancheng exported overseas

The order-based sweet potato harvest season has arrived at planting bases in Quanyuan town, Tancheng county, Linyi, East China's Shandong province, with growers rushing to dig and pack the crop in the fine weather.

In recent years, the town has guided farmers to adjust the agricultural structure: growers sign order-farming contracts with large food companies, and the sweet potatoes, after processing, are exported to the Republic of Korea and other countries.
