Liu Yunhua, an inheritor of Linyi's intangible cultural heritage of Yimeng pancake making, has stuck to the traditional craft for 29 years. Starting from a mobile stall, she now runs a well-known heritage workshop with an annual output of over 180 tons. She adheres to strict standards in raw material selection and production procedures, keeping the authentic taste of handmade pancakes.

To adapt to modern consumption trends, she has developed more than 40 new varieties tailored for different groups. Besides innovation, she has offered free training to over 200 people and created jobs for rural women. She also devotes herself to public welfare, donating goods to vulnerable groups and promoting traditional culture through performances and exhibitions. Her efforts carry forward folk craftsmanship and deliver shared prosperity to local communities.
