2026-06-22

Qianhewan Village under Jiuqu Sub-district, Hedong District is the birthplace of the East China Military Region and East China Field Army founded in 1947. The Former New Fourth Army Headquarters Memorial Hall located within the village, a national second-class museum and national 3A-level scenic spot, receives a steady stream of study and research visitors all year round.

The village fully protects revolutionary cultural relics, stages red-themed Liuqin opera performances and develops an industrial model combining red tourism and community livelihood services. It has built standardized community service centers and upgraded rural living environments, winning multiple honors in ecological governance and grassroots Party building. Eighty years after the revolutionary years, the former revolutionary village achieves coordinated progress in red cultural inheritance and livelihood improvement.

Linyi will fully excavate regional revolutionary cultural resources, develop featured red tourism villages across the city and interpret the Yimeng Spirit through tangible achievements in rural development.
