Linyi Trade City administration upgrades cadres for global trade growth

In 2026, Linyi Trade City Administrative Committee launched special training programs on investment promotion and foreign trade services for all on-the-job cadres, inviting industry experts to share practical experience in cross-border market operation. More than 9,200 person-times of training were completed in the first quarter alone.

The committee has set up a three-tier regular learning mechanism and arranged cadres to conduct on-site research in market parks to collect real demands from market operators. In the first four months of 2026, the committee organized 92 overseas exhibition participation events and 31 international buyer matching fairs. The transaction volume of the digital cross-border platform "China Market" reached 29.45 billion yuan, driving sustained growth of cross-border logistics cargo volume.Upholding a people-centered performance philosophy, the committee builds a professional talent reserve for foreign trade services. Linyi will continuously strengthen cadre capacity building, optimize full-cycle enterprise service mechanisms and accelerate the international transformation and upgrading of Linyi Trade City.
