Zhong town accelerates industrial construction with full-cycle nanny-style services

Zhong Town of Pingyi County rolled out whole-process nanny-style supporting services for industrial projects, helping a DTY textile new material plant complete construction and put into operation within only eight months. The 200-million-yuan project produces high-performance yarn for labor protection gloves, filling the local industrial gap of high-end textile raw materials.

The town adopted the "one project, one leading cadre and special task force" mechanism to handle all approval formalities on enterprises’ behalf, realizing zero running errands for investors. Service teams held on-site meetings weekly to solve water supply, power supply and pipeline layout problems, and adopted a parallel construction-production plan to advance operation two months ahead of schedule.

Targeted full-cycle services shorten project construction cycles, extend Pingyi’s glove industrial chain to high-end links, and inject strong momentum into the high-quality development of county manufacturing industries in Yimeng area.
