The project invests over 1.11 million yuan in public welfare funds to hold 66 systematic training sessions covering livestream sales, intangible heritage craft and homestay operation, targeting 2,885 low-income and left-behind women across 14 counties. Every training session opens a "Red Sister First Class" to inherit the Yimeng Spirit and guide female entrepreneurs to promote local agricultural products online. All training activities will be fully completed by late November 2026.

The red culture plus women empowerment model forms a featured rural vitalization brand of Linyi. It showcases women's vital role in civilized rural construction at the National Conference on Social Etiquette and Civility in Rural Areas.
