Cross-border trade one-stop reform accelerates overseas expansion of Linyi enterprises

To boost the city's "Hundreds of Groups, Thousands of Enterprises Go Global" strategy, Lanshan District rolled out integrated "one-stop" reform for cross-border trade approval, transforming multi-department repeated submissions into a single unified application process.

Before the reform, enterprises needed to submit 17 sets of materials and fill six separate forms across multiple platforms, spending at least five working days to complete import and export qualification filings. Now all four core procedures including customs filing and cross-border e-commerce registration are merged into one application form with only eight required documents, cutting handling time down to two days. Special guidance zones are set up in government service halls with dedicated staff providing one-on-one whole-process agency services. Local foreign trade firms such as Liuliu Commerce have successfully secured large overseas orders with streamlined formalities and avoided missed shipping schedules. Centered on building Linyi as an international commodity distribution and logistics hub, the district continues to optimize full-cycle agency standards for foreign traders.

The integrated cross-border approval reform greatly reduces institutional transaction costs for small and medium-sized foreign trade entities. The streamlined government service system fuels high-quality growth of Linyi's export-oriented economy.
