Lanshan District optimizes government service procedures under the city's "Mall Global Expansion" strategy by relocating vehicle management service windows into second-hand car trading markets to facilitate used car exports.

The district launched the special campaign What Can I Do for the Mall, shifting service posts forward to eliminate cumbersome cross-district handling procedures. Professional dedicated counters are set up inside trading venues to complete filing, inspection and export approval in one stop, greatly cutting time costs for export dealers. The front-line service mode reduces institutional transaction costs and accelerates Linyi's development as an inland used car export hub.
