Linyi optimizes industrial parks guided by per-unit land output

Linyi takes per-mu output efficiency as a core benchmark to revitalize industrial park development via intensive land use and idle asset revitalization.

Local authorities implement two major strategies: vertical intensive construction to save land and "revitalizing idle assets via industrial replacement" to activate underused factory plots. Industrial parks are encouraged to build multi-story standard workshops to raise land utilization and cut operational costs for manufacturers.

The "output-oriented" development standard pushes enterprises to upgrade production equipment and shift toward high-value manufacturing segments.
