304 Linyi firms certified as provincial specialized SMEs in 2026

A total of 304 enterprises in Linyi have obtained the provincial certification for specialized, refined, characteristic and innovative SMEs in the 2026 evaluation released by Shandong Department of Industry and Information Technology. Among them, 133 enterprises passed the initial assessment, ranking third across Shandong in newly added certified firms, while another 171 renewed their qualifications via review.

Linyi Bureau of Industry and Information Technology has rolled out a tiered cultivation system for high-quality SMEs matching the development goals of the city's landmark industrial chains. Authorities support SMEs to carry out digital transformation, upgrade modern corporate management systems and organize regular industrial chain matching and overseas exchange events to expand the pool of innovative small enterprises.

In the next stage, Linyi will further optimize the cultivation mechanism by screening potential SMEs based on intellectual property, R&D investment and patent transformation performance. The city will guide SMEs to deepen niche segmentation, foster industrial clusters and strengthen the resilience and competitiveness of Linyi's complete industrial supply chains, offering solid support for local high-quality industrial growth.
