The inaugural China (Linyi)-Malaysia Economic and Trade Matchmaking Conference convened in Linyi, Shandong province on July 24. Focusing on food and building materials, the event precisely linked domestic and international supply chains. It brought together 14 premium Linyi enterprises and 36 professional buyers, including Malaysian-Chinese merchants and international buyers, to engage in high-efficiency discussions on product collaboration and market expansion.

To assist local businesses in navigating their way around international markets, the event invited a federal territory organizing official from Malaysia to deliver a keynote lecture. The session provided in-depth guidance on food market access standards, import-export regulations, and packaging compliance, equipping Linyi enterprises with the operational knowledge needed to build a solid foundation in Southeast Asia.

Moving forward, Linyi will continue to refine its cross-border services. By building a comprehensive trade platform for market expansion and order acquisition, Linyi aims to strengthen economic bridges with Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian region, empowering more local companies to seize global business opportunities.
