Yihe New Area upgrades foreign trade from single product to systematic exports

Yihe New Area released its first half 2026 foreign trade report with outstanding growth results, shifting its overseas business model from single product export to comprehensive systematic international operation.

Official data shows the district's total import and export volume reached 21.37 billion yuan in the first six months, ranking first among all counties and districts of Linyi. Utilized foreign capital hit 31.34 million US dollars, also topping the city list.

Relying on leading enterprises such as Lingong Construction Machinery, the district realized systematic overseas layout covering complete sets of equipment, spare parts, after-sales service and overseas warehousing. Local engineering machinery exports to Africa rose 86.8 percent year-on-year, with supporting service stations built in multiple African countries.

A complete cross-border e-commerce ecosystem has taken shape with AliExpress Amazon cloud innovation center settled locally. The district provides full-cycle services including overseas store incubation, customs clearance facilitation and overseas warehouse matching for small and medium manufacturers.

From simple goods shipment to integrated solutions of product, service and supply chain, Yihe New Area forms replicable overseas development mode. The district will continue optimizing cross-border service platforms and expand global market coverage for local manufacturing clusters.
