Daxing Town is the core producing area for the geographical‑indication product “Linshu blueberry”. Starting from scattered small‑scale plantings around 2007, local blueberry cultivation has expanded to more than 20,000 mu, among which 12,000 mu are greenhouse‑and‑cold‑shelter facility fields. By mixing early‑, medium‑ and late‑ripening cultivars and combining warm‑greenhouse, cold‑shelter and open‑field planting, the fresh‑fruit supply season is extended to over three months each year, helping farmers secure staggered harvest income.

Fresh fruits are supplied to domestic supermarket chains, e‑commerce platforms and fruit wholesale markets; processed products include blueberry jam, fruit‑drink concentrates and freeze‑dried berries. Blueberry industry delivers tangible benefits for local communities. Large‑scale greenhouses generate abundant on‑site jobs for rural women and middle‑aged farmers. Farmers can gain income from land‑transfer rent, greenhouse employment and dividend returns from cooperative operations. The highest mu‑output value for premium‑season blueberry can reach 80,000 yuan, greatly lifting average household revenue in mountain‑plain villages of Linshu County.
