In just two years, a Turkish client's orders with Linyi-based Dullant Supply Chain in Shandong surged from 2 million yuan ($282,000) to 40 million yuan. For General Manager Li Kexin, this 20-fold growth reflects unwavering quality and integrity.
In the space of a decade, Dullant has evolved from selling air compressors to building its own factory, independent websites, and an online procurement platform — pioneering a "digital intelligence plus cluster go-global" model that now takes over 50 factories worldwide.
Dullant's industrial products supermarket offers a one-stop shop for mechanical products, from small tools and labor protection supplies to large air compressors. It has become the first stop for overseas buyers seeking "Made in Linyi" products, with foreign clients visiting monthly to place orders and inspect goods.
"Going from zero to one is the hardest part," says Li Kexin. Though under 30, she has spent a decade in foreign trade. Growing up in a family specializing in logistics in Linyi, China's capital for this industry, she developed a natural feel for supply chains.
Her family later shifted into foreign trade, reselling air compressors before building their own factory and expanding into refrigerated dryers and generator sets.
Today, Dullant has exclusive agents in nearly 30 countries, with strong sales in Europe. Its exports range from air compressors to machinery parts, hardware tools, and labor protection supplies.
As business continued to grow, over 50 factory brands began exporting through Dullant's shared overseas network, reaching 190 million yuan in export value. This "cluster go-global" model aligns with Linyi's broader strategy, supported by 70 overseas warehouses. Dullant is also building an online procurement platform to further expand export channels.
