Jinggang Group in Luozhuang district, Linyi, Shandong, posted August sales of around 10 million yuan ($1.5 million) — a strong monthly result reflecting its growing momentum in overseas markets.
Behind these numbers is Chairman Wang Hai, a 44-year-old entrepreneur with over two decades in the electric vehicle industry, who is now steering Jingjing e-bikes from the Yimeng region onto the global stage.
Wang's journey began in Jining, where he entered the e-bike industry in 2013, focusing on domestic online sales. In 2015, recognizing Linyi's logistics network and industrial advantages, he relocated his business there.
After five years in the domestic market, he found competition intensifying. In 2022, he pivoted entirely to foreign trade, betting on the vast global demand for green mobility.
The early transition was costly, yet Wang never compromised on quality: no exaggerated specs, no cheap parts. This commitment to quality has paid off. Sales surpassed 100 million yuan in 2025, with further growth expected this year. His group now operates multiple companies and is one of the first in Linyi to achieve fully independent export rights.
Jinggang is pursuing two key certifications to enter the European market: World Manufacturer Identifier and European EEC certification, making it a pioneer among Linyi peers.
The company is also building Linyi's first testing center and plans to expand its private-model lineup from one to ten models within a year. With support from Linyi's 2026 international market expansion plan, Jinggang is accelerating its global reach.
