Pet‑industry chain thrives as Linyi taps into pet‑economy growth track

Linyi is fostering a booming “pet economy”, building complete industrial chains covering pet‑food manufacturing, pet supplies, trade circulation and pet‑related consumption. Relying on solid livestock‑processing foundations and the logistics advantages of Linyi Trade City, the city is emerging as a key national hub for the pet industry.

Yinan County forms the core manufacturing base. Leading enterprises such as Shuake Pet produce pet food with an annual output of hundreds of thousands of tonnes, driving more than 20 supporting firms to gather in local industrial parks. Products are distributed nationwide via wholesale markets, e‑commerce platforms and exhibitions at Linyi International Expo Center, while a growing share of goods are exported overseas.
