Duozhuang town in Mengyin county, Linyi, is seeing strong production and sales of chestnuts, a crop the town has grown for generations. The town now has more than 60,000 mu (about 4,000 hectares) of chestnut trees with annual output exceeding 40 million kilograms.

The Menglianggu agricultural products trading market, built on these resources, is a major chestnut trading hub in the region north of the Yangtze River.

To address disorderly scattered trading, the town upgraded and built a modern trading market integrating smart warehousing, e-commerce livestreaming and logistics distribution, bringing order to market operations. The market now gathers buyers from multiple regions, with significant industrial spillover effects.
