The Langya Token Factory was officially launched in Linyi, East China's Shandong province, aiming to package computing power, data and models as "tokens" to serve the city's industrial transformation.

The platform was hosted by China Mobile Shandong, guided by the Linyi industry and information technology bureau and the big data bureau, and undertaken by China Mobile's Linyi branch. Sun Deshi, vice mayor of Linyi, and Yan Chengjie, Party committee member and vice general manager of China Mobile Shandong, attended the launch.

Linyi has 13 signature industrial chains and nearly 5,000 industrial enterprises above designated size, providing a broad market for the platform. Its construction follows a framework of one operating system, five layers of technical capability, eight functional zones and applications across multiple industrial scenarios.

At the data layer, the platform relies on the Qilu Intelligent Hub to build industry knowledge graphs. At the computing layer, it uses the Lunan Computing Center and a "1+3+9" data center layout. At the model layer, it draws on the MOMA platform with more than 300 general-purpose large models, alongside industry models including Luban for woodworking and Tiangong for safety supervision. The China Academy of Information and Communications Technology's testing laboratory jointly issued a verification plan for 800V high-voltage direct current computing-power coordination.
