About 20 photographers took part in a photo walk in Lanshan district, Linyi, East China's Shandong province, visiting the Linyi International Product Selection Center, the cross-border e-commerce park and the Xinminghui smart warehousing and logistics park to document the trade hub's development.
Their images show the China Market overseas business operations at the Linyi International Trade Center, staff checking the origin of goods before shipment, and workers selecting products for online customers.
Linyi, known as China's logistics capital, operates more than 3,000 freight routes and handles over 10 million express parcels a day. After the relocation of its logistics base westward, the Linyi Modern Logistics City has grown into the country's largest cluster of dedicated freight routes, using a warehousing-and-distribution integration model to raise turnover efficiency.
Other scenes captured include ceramics and premium tableware at the China Hotel Supplies City, unmanned delivery vehicles moving goods to the logistics market, and staff at the Linyi International Product Selection Center studying foreign languages and e-commerce in their spare time.
