The 4th Linyi Trade City International Sourcing Conference for Belt and Road Cooperation will open at the Linyi International Expo Center in Linyi, East China's Shandong province, on Oct 28, with a series of district-level sessions running alongside the main venue.

At the Lanhua session, covering more than 2,000 square meters of exhibition space, more than 110 international buyers from the Republic of Korea and Malaysia and over 50 Linyi companies have been invited, with products covering home furnishing, auto supplies, hardware, outdoor goods, handicrafts and daily necessities. Nine Korean-language and five English-language interpreters will be on site. Zhao Guanghui, a former member of the Incheon Metropolitan Council, said a delegation of Korean companies would attend and use the platform to connect with Linyi suppliers.

The Lantian auto session will bring more than 130 international buyers face to face with merchants, and will include a launch ceremony, a used-car export departure ceremony and a cross-border procurement fair, with one-stop service counters for customs, logistics and cross-border settlement. On-site orders for exported used cars are expected to reach 400 vehicles.

The precision sourcing matchmaking meeting under the 2026 Going Global, Connecting the World program has invited 50 international buyers from Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, Africa and Latin America — all carrying real purchase orders — and 60 suppliers from across Shandong covering hardware, building materials, light industry, home goods, machinery parts and labor protection products, with 60 product booths for on-site inspection and negotiation.
