Yishui upgrades cultural tourism to fuel regional development

Linyi's Yishui County has achieved steady growth in cultural tourism. During this year's May Day holiday, seven major scenic spots saw tourist arrivals and tourism revenue rise 28.2% and 24.3% year on year respectively.

The county presses ahead with 42 scenic area renovation projects and launches immersive performances and water tourism routes to enrich tourist experiences. Multi-channel promotion drives remarkable online popularity, with related topics gaining over 75 million views. Preferential policies and improved on-site services further attract tourists and optimize travel experience. Yishui also plans major tourism investment projects to develop night consumption and diversified leisure scenarios.

Leveraging distinctive cultural and landscape resources, Yishui keeps polishing its tourism brand. It will continue to expand the cultural tourism industry chain and contribute to Linyi’s high-quality development of service sectors.
