"Bamboo Garden Spring Breeze" drives integrated rural tourism in Yishui

Located in Yuandongtou Town, Yishui County, the "Bamboo Garden Spring Breeze" cultural and rural complex received an investment of 550 million yuan. Covering a main area of 200 mu with 1,200 mu of supporting mountain forests, the project integrates homestay, organic agriculture, cultural creativity, education and wellness into a diversified industrial ecosystem.

The complex transforms passing tourists into overnight and returning visitors. Its homestay rooms maintain a 100% occupancy rate during holidays. Relying on the "company + village collective + farmers" benefit linkage model, the project has created over 60 local jobs and benefited nearly 500 rural households. Yuandongtou Town has also developed a cluster of rural tourism brands featuring red culture, ecological sightseeing and agricultural research, and is listed as one of China's key rural tourism towns.

The integrated rural tourism model revitalizes mountain villages and increases farmers’income. Yishui will further explore the integration of red culture, agriculture and tourism, enrich rural business formats, and contribute to the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas across Linyi.
