Luozhuang district tests governance effect through livelihood deliverables

In the campaign to establish and practice a correct view of political achievements, some grassroots departments previously focused on superficial performance projects while ignoring trivial yet urgent public livelihood demands. Luozhuang District takes solving residents’daily troubles as the core standard to test learning education outcomes.

The district court launched accompanying guidance and element-based filing services to help migrant workers resolve labor disputes in one visit. Sub-district communities carry out micro-governance: repairing water pipelines, removing abandoned vehicles and dismantling aging solar water heaters. Grassroots working mechanisms including Wednesday village visits and Thursday community office hours arrange cadres to settle petitions and mediate conflicts on site. The "Act Immediately" studio delivers door-to-door senior pension certification services for over 170 elderly residents. All livelihood work focuses on practical effects rather than superficial displays.

Livelihood-oriented grassroots governance embodies the people-centered development philosophy. Linyi will promote Luozhuang's service model citywide to refine community micro-governance and lift residents’sense of gain.
