Linshu carries out refined urban governance focusing on livelihood demands

In the process of practicing a correct view of political achievements, some grassroots departments previously focused on surface image projects while ignoring trivial but urgent livelihood issues reflected by urban residents.

Linshu Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau took resident demands as core starting point of urban management work. A full-coverage investigation was launched for exposed soil and single-color green belts on main urban roads. Staff renovated over 20,000 square meters of green space in major sections such as Zhengda West Street, planting cosmos and chrysanthemums with low maintenance cost and long flowering period. Regular garden maintenance mechanisms including watering, weeding and pest control were established to sustain landscape effects. Streets are now dotted with colorful flower belts that become popular leisure spots for local citizens.

Linshu's refined urban greening governance sets a replicable model for grassroots livelihood services. Linyi will promote this city management experience in all counties and districts to continuously upgrade urban living environment and improve residents’sense of happiness.
