Wuzhou Lake lotus viewing event opens to visitors on July 2

The “Date with Lotus” viewing activity at Wuzhou Lake, a landmark urban park in Linyi, will officially open on July 2, offering citizens a poetic summer leisure destination amid blooming lotus flowers.

Wuzhou Lake, located in the North New District of Linyi, features vast stretches of lotus ponds every summer. When lotus flowers are in full bloom, green leaves stretch as far as eyes can reach with pink blossoms dotted across the water, forming a picturesque waterscape favored by local photographers and tourists. The seasonal lotus event creates a popular outdoor sightseeing spot for summer outings, enriching Linyi's ecological leisure tourism resources and satisfying residents’demand for close contact with urban natural scenery.
