Dongpan Village in Yushan Town, Linshu boasts profound revolutionary history as a former station of the 115th Division of the Eighth Route Army and residence of revolutionary elder Liu Shaoqi. The village integrates red inheritance, civilized customs and featured industries to realize comprehensive rural vitalization.

The village constructs red memory exhibition hall, special study trails and volunteer lecture teams composed of veteran Party members. It renovates village roads, river landscapes and pocket parks to upgrade living environments. Supported by local stone industrial parks, the village builds commercial streets and shared processing workshops, offering nearby jobs for over 360 villagers and raising collective income steadily.

Taking red revolutionary spirit as core driving force, Dongpan balances cultural inheritance, ecological improvement and industrial growth. It forms a sustainable rural development model replicable for red base villages across Yimeng region.
