Changshan Village in Mamuchi Town, Yinan, a famous revolutionary village with over 120 Hongsao figures, transforms static red exhibition halls into immersive live performance scenic spots.
The village preserves 367 ancient stone houses and revolutionary sites, builds 11 courtyard performance venues and creates original village-themed dramas. It develops a "four-income" model for villagers: land shareholding, park employment, stage performance and specialty retail. In 2025, village collective income exceeded 600,000 yuan with per capita resident income reaching 22,000 yuan.
By turning red relics into interactive tourist experiences, the village integrates culture, tourism and characteristic industries. It forms a sustainable rural revitalization path featuring red inheritance and common prosperity, representing Yinan's distinctive red village development model.
