Lanshan allocates cultural resources to grassroots communities

Lanshan District launches the "village literary director" system to deliver high-quality cultural services to villages and residential compounds. The district arranges professional literary and artistic backbones to organize public training and mass performances at grassroots venues.

Fifteen original local dramas reflecting rural governance and filial piety are newly created. Cultural brands including neighborhood dinners and community volunteer studios enrich residents’spare-time life and promote harmonious neighborhood relations.

Taking grassroots cultural stations as carriers, Lanshan integrates red culture, filial piety and mass entertainment. The resource allocation mechanism continuously improves residents’sense of cultural well-being in urban and rural areas.
