Linyi Kong Temple hosts immersive experience of ancient classics

On July 12, the immersive cultural activity Classics in Confucian Temple was held at Linyi Kong Temple under the guidance of Linyi Federation of Social Sciences, allowing citizens to interact with traditional Confucian culture through hands-on experience.

Participants dressed in ancient scholars’robes recited The Analects under ancient ginkgo trees, practiced movable type printing of classic verses and copied calligraphy works themed on ancient virtues. Visitors of all ages engaged in multi-sensory cultural activities that turn printed classics into tangible experiences. Organizers will roll out more themed popular science events to tap local traditional cultural resources and deliver accessible traditional culture education to the public.
