


After five days of intense competition, equestrian competitions of the 26th Shandong Provincial Games closed at China Akhal-Teke Horse Breeding Base in Tancheng on July 16. As a newly added official event, the competition gathered 90 young riders from seven municipal teams to compete in dressage, show jumping and eventing.
Linyi Equestrian Sports Association spent one year completing venue upgrading, constructing standard stables, training grounds and media zones following national youth competition standards. Professional veterinary, anti-doping and emergency response teams were deployed to realize zero safety accidents during the whole event. The tournament integrates sports, breeding and cultural tourism, promoting standardized development of Linyi's equestrian industry.
The high-standard provincial equestrian competition showcases youthful vitality of Shandong teenage athletes. The event accelerates integration of horse breeding, competitive sports and cultural tourism in Tancheng and builds a distinctive regional sports brand.
