Linyi speeds up high-quality development of public cultural undertakings and deepens integration between cultural resources and industrial economy during the start of the 15th Five-Year Plan period.
The city built a four-tier public cultural network consisting of general halls, branch libraries, community reading stations and digital cloud platforms, including 103 Langya Study branches and over 300 folk culture stations. In 2025, Linyi received 103 million tourists with tourism revenue exceeding 100 billion yuan. The city links provincial games, red research tours and ancient city night performances to form integrated cultural, sports and tourism consumption chains. Intangible heritage cultural and creative products hit annual sales of 7.31 billion yuan, up 15.1 percent year on year.
Cultural-resource industrialization creates new growth drivers for Linyi's real economy. The integrated cultural development model delivers vivid cases showcased at The 2026 Conference on Social Etiquette and Civility in Rural Areas.
